About the Business
The planning and design stages are very closely intertwined. The footprint of a site and local UDP enables us to consider the possible size and scale of the building from a design perspective. However, second guessing planning requirements, impact on the local community and residents are equally important. We've learnt over many years that planning issues can be complex, with some of the issues raised behind decisions hard to predict. Therefore consideration of alternatives and options to ease the process and shorten lead times is something at which we've become highly experienced.
Our architects and planning consultants have expertise and experience in the planning and design stages of each site. We never apply a standard solution or formula, as each development is unique with its own individual set of requirements.
