About the Business
Here at Architectural Services SW we are a small dedicated practice that has multi-disiplinary backgrounds, from previous experiance in the Superyacht design industry and interior furniture design to the present in the architectural field. This gives us unique placement within this disipline, enabling us to draw on other expertise and materials/ construction to give our designs a distinctive edge.
Along with the more traditional forms of building, we undertake sustainable types of build, and can advise on various forms of construction and insulations along with forms of heating, such as airsource and groundsource. Several of our on-going projects are edging towards 'Passiv Haus' standards, with highly insulated timber frame build and sprayable insulation, combined with renewable energies and heat recovery options. These 4-5 bedroom dwellings are expected to have yearly running costs in the hundreds of pounds in the terms of energy usage.
