Atelier 3 has provided full architectural services and acheived Planning permission at the first attempt through a delegated decision.
The new property includes a master bedroom suite, two further bedrooms, a dual aspect living room, games room, a family kitchen and dining room with an east facing breakfast terrace. A further bespoke requirement is a second floor home office that has views over to Daymer Bay. The office also has access to a crows nest terrace with a hot tub which will have views over to St Minver Parish Church.
