Our reports have saved hundreds of clients tens of thousands of pounds and can be used to negotiate the price of the property and will help you decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
Our Full Building Survey, often referred to as “RICS level 3” or “ Full Structural” will cover every floor, wall, ceiling, doors, windows, up in roof spaces, down in cellars, all external walls, rainwater gutters, roof coverings etc. and will include an inspection of the gardens for Japanese knotweed or any other issues which may affect the property.
Our reports provide a detailed schedule of the inspection with all visible defects identified and any hidden risk, along with a cause, recommendation for repair and most importantly an estimated cost for repairs.
