We are able to offer a complete service from concept through to completion. During our initial consultation which is free, we establish what you wish to achieve. Whether you simply want to add a front porch to your home, or need assistance to gain planning permission for your home extension, need help to conform with the building regulations, or want to modify your commercial or industrial premises.
We undertake all aspects of Architectural sevices involved with domestic extensions of all sizes. In many cases you may not need planning permission for your extension, we can advise if your requirements would be permitted development. If you do need planning permission we can help with all aspects of this process. Whether you need planning or not, you will probably still require Building Regulation approval, and we can assist with all the relevant drawings, specifications and calculations.
