Based in Sutton, Surrey, we're a specialist Architectural and Interior Planning practice, offering an efficient, professional service. We've no costly overheads, so you'll only pay for the time we spend on your project. All our work is fully covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance.
We'll come to you, free of charge, and listen to your needs. We'll give you honest advice - if an idea isn't feasible we won't waste your time and money. Together we can find the best possible, practical and economic solution.
Once a scheme is agreed, we aim to submit an Application to the Council within 10 working days. Our drawings are computer aided designed (CAD) and colour coded to make everything clear.
