John Petersen, business owner, has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a time served and fully qualified joiner, progressing after a few years to a qualified architectural technician and then as a qualified building and asbestos surveyor (winning various awards over the years).
Our mission is to be the best architectural design service in Manchester and around the UK.
Clients often say to us that they don't know where to start when considering building works. For example, should they obtain quotes from builders first and then seek to have the plans drawn or vice versa? We are often asked questions about what the planning process involves and the difference between planning and building regulation approvals. We find that often clients are unaware of the processing fees charged by planning and building regulations departments. Our aim is to provide clear and honest answers to all your questions.
