About the Business
When you deal with MarkAChaddLtd architecturalSERVICES, you deal with Mark Chadd personally. It is my business and I will deal with every aspect of your project from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
The colour of my hair is a dead give away to my experience, which covers some 40 years in the building industry. Since completing a traditional apprenticeship and attending day release college four decades ago, I have been involved in a large number of varied projects; from small alteration works, to house building, to commercial and civil engineering projects. I have also designed and built 3 family homes for the Chadd clan, the most demanding of clients.
I get a real buzz out of working closely with a client to develop a design that meets their needs and results in their total satisfaction. That is what I mean when I say "WE DON'T JUST DO DRAWINGS!" It is your home and I know how much it means to you.
