About the Business
ESP Architectural Services is a newly formed Partnership offering professional services to Architects and Surveyors as well as private clients who require Architectural and Construction related services. Primarily ESP was formed to supply a demand in the Architectural field. Many Architectural practices have difficulty in recruiting quality and qualified staff and it is acknowledged that there is a shortage of such staff in the UK. As such, Architectural practices are faced with employing expensive staff together with overheads and computers etc. This can become a drain on the practices resources when workload varies, but practices can be reluctant to let go qualified staff, thus cash-flow suffers. We would provide a service to whichever profession needs it on a job by job basis.
