We are a small local company with a handful of Architectural Designers working in Leigh-on-Sea and cover all of Essex, and parts of London, Kent and Hertfordshire. As a small company we maintain a close working relationship with our clients and are able to provide our services at sensible affordable rates.
Our company ethos is to provide architectural services to residential home owners in a straight talking and clear manner, without over complicating the process and throwing lots of technical jargon at you and always remembering the client's requirements and budget. This is visible in our quotes, which break down each stage and the fee's associated with them. Our Fee structure is transparent and has no hidden extras, no deposits, you pay us only once the drawings have been sent to you or the local authority.
