A creative and imaginative Surrey studio offering a bespoke service in Reigate, Redhill, Dorking, Banstead, Sutton, Caterham, Godalming and the surrounding areas. We are committed to designing domestic and commercial extensions, conversions and newbuilds which are sympathetic to their surroundings and forward-looking in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability.
The low brick walls, cills and joinery of our traditionally designed extension closely match the detailing of the adjoining bay window. The roof of the extension is lead-covered with wood-cored rolls and conservation rooflights. The design incorporated a new swimming pool changing room and equipment room. Permission was also granted for a 2.4kW photvoltaic panel installation discreetly located on the main roof of the building.
