About the Business
The Practice works in a completely open plan office where information can be easily and informally exchanged and advice is freely given. This allows everyone to feel able to exchange ideas, gain expertise and encourages full involvement in projects both large and small. We listen to our clients in order to understand their lifestyle or organisation in terms of strategy, operational issues, financial objectives and budget requirements. We place high value on good communication and we aim to tailor our service to suit every client's specific needs.
We take pride in a role that allows us to interpret and improve how people interact with buildings and spaces. Our experience enables us to quickly recognise site conditions and opportunities, and mindful of context, we realise the true potential of an idea through the use of effective design and careful detailing. WCP architects were previously known as The William Cowie Partnership, and renamed following a management buyout in 2008.
