Williamson Architectural Design Ltd. incorporates skills and experience from a range of backgrounds, with the Directors being in business within the industry for over twenty years.
The Company provides a concept-to-completion service to Homeowners, Managing Agents, and Developers for the design of extensions and conversions for both residential and commercial developments. The service includes a free initial consultation, survey of the property, preparation of the drawings, and handling of the necessary Planning and Building Regulation applications as agents for the Client. For larger developments, a full topographic survey may also be required. Additionally, we also co-ordinate between other design disciplines including structural engineering, thermal engineering, and Planning Appeals if required.
WAD has an office base in Wallington, Surrey, but will cover all-sized domestic and commercial projects in London, the South East and the Home Counties.
